SPECIAL ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

IF YOU’RE ATTENDING THE REUNION, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE MAILED TO YOU. YOU’LL PICK IT UP AT THE REUNION RECEPTION ON SATURDAY EVENING. IF YOU’RE NOT ATTENDING THE REUNION, IT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU. PLEASE ADD $2 TO EACH ITEM PURCHASED TO COVER SHIPPING.

REUNION T-SHIRT AND/OR SWEATSHIRT:

Make out your check to “Richard Casseri” and mail it to:

MAKE SURE YOU INDICATE THE ITEM, SIZE, NUMBER OF ITEMS, AND INCLUDE YOUR CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS IF YOU WON’T BE ATTENDING THE REUNION.

Be SURE to put “REUNION T-SHIRT” in the subject line

When you order, Dick will need the following:

Again, mail a check made out to Richard Casseri (NOT KAS 60-61) at the above address.

the shirt choices are:

• all white with a pocket T-shirt $14.30
• white T-shirt with navy ring around neck & sleeves $14.30
• sweatshirt (heather gray) $19.20

IF YOU HAVE XXL ADD $2.00 PER SHIRT & +$1 PER X (ex xxxl +$3, xxxxl +$4)

Those prices include taxes(good old NY state), imprint & shipping to Beach Cove where you’ll pick up your order at the reunion.

***If you want them shipped elsewhere add $3.00 to the order (not per shirt!)

(example 1-t & 1-sweat shipped to your house would be $14.30 + $19.20 + $3.00 = $36.50

ORDERS ARE NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR.

Finally, the drop dead date for getting your order (and payment) in is 15 July….but don’t wait until the last minute.
